7/3 From the Merit School of Music in Chicago, co-host & clarinetist Alex Laing and Peter Dugan perform Weber’s Clarinet concerto. We’ll also hear from flutist Anika Veda perform jusic of Valerie Coleman; oboist Zachary Allen performs music by Althea Talbot-Howard; violinist Emma Servadio plays Clara Schumann, and pianist Son Duong performs Chopin.

7/10 Violist Dillon Scott who has a talent for astronomy performs the music of Johannes Brahms, violinist Ethan Yang performs music from John Corigliano’s “Red Violin Caprices,” and pianist Daniela Liebman, who’s already touring the world as a professional, performs Chopin’s Ballade No. 3. We also hear cellist Elora Kares and oboist Daniel Choi.
