The unique vocal characteristics that brought her accolades for her interpretations of Mozart, Rossini, Bizet, in zarzuela, and more, also made Teresa Berganza a remarkable performer in baroque and renaissance repertory. Joined by guitarist Narciso Yepes, we'll hear Teresa Berganza in works ranging from the 13th century's Alfonso X el Sabio through the 13 Old Spanish Songs of García Lorca.
