Please join us for a special farewell concert celebration in Michael’s honor at Kilbourn Hall at the Eastman School of Music on Saturday, October 16th at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30. Online ticket sales for this event are now closed, but tickets may be purchased at the door the day of the event. Doors open at 6:15 PM.
Joining Michael on the stage are pianist-singer Alan Jones with soprano Jessica Ann Best! They will be presenting their favorite selections throughout the years of the show. Michael Lasser may be leaving the Peabody Award-winning show Fascinatin’ Rhythm after forty years, but that doesn’t mean he’s lost his affection for so many of the songs he’s talked about and played for you. Come spend an enjoyable, relaxing evening out with WXXI and help us pay tribute to this beloved show and host!
