Jimmy Finnie, percussion

Jimmy Finnie joined the Indiana State University music faculty in 1994. He has presented solo and chamber concerts, clinics, and master classes throughout the United States, Austria, Canada, China, Thailand and Hungary. He performs regularly with Mojah Tuba, Cramped Spaces, Caribbean Consort Steel Band, and the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra. Jimmy is an Artist Clinician for the Zildjian Cymbal and Innovative Percussion Mallet Companies. He holds the Bachelor of Music Education from East Texas State University, MM from The University of Georgia, and DMA from The University of North Texas.
