6/6 Music for a Pilgrimage From as far back as the ninth century, perhaps earlier, pilgrims have followed El Camino de Santiago to the shrine of St. James in Compostela. On this edition of The Spanish Hour, we hear selections from the Codex Calixtinus, a 12th-century guidebook of sorts, containing advice and music for the pilgrimage.
