10/2 Mezzo-soprano Leilani Patao sings selections from Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma, pianist Matthew Chang performs Chopin, violist Jacob Choi performs music by William Flacton, and violinists Honor Frisco and Kearston Gonzales tackle Bach and Wieniawski.

10/9 A Celebration of Sphinx From the Top presents a special episode dedicated to the 25th Anniversary of the Sphinx Organization, the nationally focused social justice organization dedicated to diversity in the arts. We’ll hear performances and stories from the Sphinx Virtuosi.

10/16 Violist Dillon Scott performs the music of Johannes Brahms, violinist Ethan Yang performs music from John Corigliano’s Red Violin Caprices, and teenage pianist Daniela Liebman, who is already touring the world as a professional, performs Chopin.

10/23 Violinist Henry Auxenfans plays a caprice by Eugène Ysaÿe, clarinetist Louis Auxenfans plays an homage to Bach by Béla Kovács, we’ll hear music by Gaspar Cassadó performed by the Aveta Trio, and Jack Kent Cooke award recipient Reice Hudson performs a flute Catabile by George Enescu.

10/30 The piano duo of Zhanshuo Zhang and Jennifer Centa perform Saint-Saëns’ Danse Macabre, violinist Célina Béthoux performs Jessie Montgomery’s Peace, we also hear from a winner of the prestigious Junior Sphinx competition.
