Meet Hannah Tam on From the Top, 9/3 @ 5pm

In addition to numerous accolades and awards, 17-year-old Hannah Tamis excited to announce that she will be playing as a guest artist in the Opening Ceremony of the Zhuhai International Mozart Violin Competition this September!

9/3 Young violinist Hannah Tam actually built her own instrument. We’ll hear her perform music by Bartók on that instrument. We’ll also hear violinist Ava Kenney perform music by Jessie Montgomery, pianist Justin Wahby plays Chopin, cellist George Wolfe-McGuire performs Rachmaninoff, and violist Julia Tugaoen plays music by Kenji Bunch.

9/10 Double bassist Jamie Park performs music by Reinhold Glière; clarinetist Veronica Pavlovic performs a work by Clara Schumann; cellist Carter Medina performs SEVEN by Andrea Casarrubios; Euphonium player Jahiem James plays a Pantomime by Philip Sparke; and pianist Isabelle Bruening performs a Rachmaninoff Etude.
