6/2 This week we’re in residence at the 37th Annual Irving M. Klein International String Competition. We’ll hear adrenaline filled performances by violinist Hayoung Choi, violinist Jacques Forestier, violist Emily Hwang, cellist Han Lee, Violinist Andromeda Kepecs, violinist Jaewon Wee, and cellist Gaeun Kim. Violinist Tessa Lark and pianist Peter Dugan co-host.

6/9 This week we hear cellist Mira Kardan perform music of Gaspar Cassadó; pianist Kate Shao plays music from Viva! Vegas: Show City, Show Girl by Hiromi; violist Daniel De La Cruz plays Schumann; flutist Soomin Oh plays music by Otar Taktakishvili; cellist & composer Mary Brook Harmann presents her own work, Behind the Barrier, and Brian Zhu plays The Sune Shines on Tashkurgan by Chen Gang.

6/16 Guest Host Orli Shaham welcomes cellist Xavier Ip who plays Fauré; siblings Jacob and Ezra Lewis perform Brahms Hungarian Dances for Violin and Piano; soprano Katrina Franco performs Mutya ng Pasig by Nicanor Abelardo; pianist Elisa Plano performings music of R. Nathaniel Dett; and the Sprezzatura Quartet plays music by Maurice Ravel.

6/23 Guest Host Orli Shaham joins young musicians from the New York area, including violinist Laura Jin, violist Quincy Eby, pianist William Ge, violist Juhee Kim and pianist Danial Hendi for performances of Brahms, Paganini, Chopin, Liszt and Rebecca Clarke.

6/30 We meet pianist Matthew Hahn, who has an affinity for horror movie scores, percussionist Aleo Esparza who adapts Debussy for marimba, violinist Vladimir Tsiper ho likes to read books upside down, and Virtuosi Trio from Utah who play Café Music by Paul Schoenfield.
