We'll hear music by a young composer who was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural masterpiece, Fallingwater, on the June 16th broadcast.

6/2          From  Longview,  Texas  this  week’s program  features  a  12-­year-­old  pianist  from  East  Texas  
performing  the  music  of  Paderewski,  a  heartfelt  performance  of  Faure’s  “Elegy”  performed  by  a  
teenager  from  the  Chicago  area,  and  a  moving  story  from  the  young  flutist  on  the  program  
who’s  rancher  grandfather  sold  much  of  his  herd  of  cattle  to  support  her  musical  studies.
6/9          The  Molly  Blank  Jewish  Concert  Series at the Breman Museum in Atlanta hosts this episode, guest hosted by pianist Lara Downes, revolving around the theme of Jewish contribution to music.

6/16        From  the  San  Francisco  Conservatory  of  Music,  this  week’s  episode features a teenage composer’s beautiful piece that was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural masterpiece, Fallingwater, a young violinst shares how she hasn’t missed a single day of practicing yet, and a classical guitarist performs Bach.

6/23        This week’s show comes from the new Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center in La Jolla, CA and is guest hosted by MacArthur “Genius” violinist Vijay Gupta. The show features the San Diego Youth Symphony Chamber Orchestra and pianist George Li.
