This five part series of specials immerses listeners in the sounds of North American Indigenous composers and performers. Diné (pronounced Di Nay in native Navajo language) pianist Renata Yazzie chats with the artists about their music: Chickasaw composer Jerod Impichchaachaaha Tate, Yakama bassoonist and composer Jacqueline Wilson, Navajo composer (and ESM grad) Connor Chee, Diné composer Juantio Becenti, and Quapaw-Cherokee composer Louis Ballard.
