WXXI’s Julia Figueras and Marianne Carberry host their annual radio celebration of music and the arts from the MAG's Clothesline Arts Festival, Rochester's largest and longest-running fine art and crafts festival. The Live Remote Broadcast from the grounds of the MAG airs from 1:00 to 3:00pm on Classical 91.5.
Julia and Marianne will share their observations from the festival, interview several of the artists, and offer musical celebrations of current and upcoming MAG exhibits. Marlene Hamann-Whitmore, Director of Academic Programs, and Jonathan Binstock, the MAG’s Mary W. and Donald R. Clark Director will be stopping by as well to chat about what's coming to the museum and unveil this year’s Merit Winners. And of course, there will be plenty of sparkling music in the mix, too.
