Gateways Radio is a 13-episode series of 1-hour programs produced by the Gateways Music festival in partnership with WXXI, and distributed nationally by WFMT Radio Network. Hosted by bassoonist Garrett McQueen, Gateways Radio features exceptional compositions and performances that celebrate the Gateways Music Festival's mission of connecting and supporting classical musicians of African descent, and serving as a source of inspiration, enlightenment and engagement for communities - especially communities underrepresented in classical music.

The Eastman School of Music's Sibley Library houses the R. Nathaniel Dett Collection of printed scores composed or arranged by Nathaniel Dett, manuscripts, ephemera, programs and other printed works from Dett's personal library.
